I Could Use Some Help!
I don't much like asking for financial assistance. I have always tried to take care of
my family and live within my means. Now, I find myself in a situation where without
some financial assistance I do not know how we will survive these legal costs. So, If
you have the desire to help financially, it would be tremendously appreciated!

Back in the Summer of 2005 my wife suffered a near fatal injury. In the fall my
youngest daughter almost died and wound up with paralysis in her left leg. At that
time I was too proud to ask for help. Fortunately for my family, the people of the
community we live in, and the people I work with just decided on their own to help. IT
was one of the greatest miracles I have ever been close to, on their own, some who I
had never met before made their own decisions and largely due to their efforts we
survived and have been made a stronger family.

Now, I need some help. The best assistance you could provide would be to
make some phone calls to the people I have listed below. I honestly believe that
if these folks knew the public had some knowledge of this situation that they
would decide to back off and follow the Colorado Constitution, Article 2, Section
    13:

Right to bear arms. The right of no person to keep and bear arms in
defense of his home, person and property, or in aid of the civil power when
thereto legally summoned, shall be called in question; but nothing herein
contained shall be construed to justify the practice of carrying concealed
    weapons.

I appreciate the fact that you took the time to even read this page! I realize that we
all have our struggles and that it is very easy to simply mind your own business and
tend to your own affairs. However, if you do have the disposition, a simple prayer for
a just outcome would be tremendously appreciated.
